Rick Hendrick Imports BMW, your neighborhood BMW dealership in Charleston, is sponsoring the eighth annual Trident United Way First Day Festival on Sunday, August 15, 2010 from 1 to 4 pm at Liberty Square at the SC Aquarium and the Charleston Maritime Center. The dealership is an “honor roll partner” contributing to this charity event.
The First Day Festival is a community-wide celebration marking the beginning of a new school year where parents, students, and teachers will spend an afternoon of entertainment, free food and school supplies and information on student support services. The participants will also visit SC Aquarium, take boat rides in the harbor and engage in many other exciting activities.
Rick Hendrick Imports BMW supports parents, children and their education by giving, advocating and volunteering to create a community where everyone has the opportunity for a good life. The dealership will make its commitment in a number of ways such as allowing employees time off to participate in their child’s education throughout the year, to take their child to school on the first day, encourage them to attend the festival or volunteer and provide financial or in-kind support for First Day Festival. Come, join this celebration and strengthen community and make a difference! See Rick Hendrick Imports BMW for details.
